Entrance to this newer site is at the end of the driveway, opposite the house, and has completely separate facilities to the CL site. (i.e. it's own toilet and shower cabin and separate hook-ups and each pitch has a drinking water tap.)
Please use the facilities as per which side you are on, thank you.
The shower on the new caravan site is powered by a gas boiler and isn’t metered. Simply pull the red handle up and the hot water comes out immediately, as the boiler is water pressure controlled. (Just please remember to turned the water off after use, by pulling handle down. - See photo below) These pitches have been advertised this year on PitchUp and have received some great reviews, as of October 2022 achieved an average of a 9.1 customer rating:
PITCH 6 (GRASS PITCH fully serviced with water tap and a 16 amp hook up, which is located on the side of the green toliet cabin. The switch only rotates to "ON" once the cable has been inserted.) 
PITCH 7 (GRASS PITCH serviced with water tap 10m to the left of the pitch and a 16 amp hook up, 5 m to the right of the pitch.)
PITCH 8 (GRASS PITCH serviced with water tap and a 16 amp hook up, 5 m on the left of the pitch.)
PITCH 9 (GRASS PITCH serviced with water tap on right of pitch and a 16 amp hook up at the back of the pitch.)
This is a more secluded pitch for customers wanting a more private and not so overlooked camping experience.
PITCH 10 (GRASS PITCH serviced with water tap on left of pitch and a 16 amp hook up is situated on the back of the garage.)
PITCH 11 ideally for motorhomes and tents (GRASS PITCH serviced with a 16 amp hook up and water tap (both on the right of the pitch). This pitch is situated half way down a young woodland, in a peaceful and secluded spot). Please note that Wi-fi connects here.
PITCH 12 ideally for motorhomes and tents (GRASS PITCH with a 16 amp hook up on the left of the pitch and awater tap both on the back of the pitch.) (This pitch is situated half way near the end of a young woodland, in a peaceful and secluded spot). Please note that Wi-fi connects here but the speed is not super fast.)
PITCH 13 ideally for motorhomes and tents (GRASS PITCH with a 10 amp hook up on the right of the pitch and awater tap about 10 m away. This pitch is has wifi and is situated half way near the end of a young woodland, in a peaceful and secluded spot.
PITCH 14 Ideally for motorhomes and tents (GRASS PITCH with a 10 amp hook up on the left of the pitch and a water tap about 15 m away. This pitch has weaker wi-fi and is situated half way near the end of a young woodland, in a peaceful and secluded spot. 
PITCH 15 Ideally for motorhomes and tents (GRASS PITCH with a 10 amp hook up on the left of the pitch and a water tap avery near. This pitch has very weak wifi and is situated in the corner near the end of a young woodland, in a peaceful and secluded spot. 
PITCH 16 Ideally for motorhomes and tents (GRASS PITCH with a 10 amp hook up on the left of the pitch and a water tap avery near. This pitch has very weak wifi and is situated in the corner near the end of a young woodland, in a peaceful and secluded spot. Please note that the Wifi speed can a little reduced at times on some of these pitches as they are in a more remote area.
