Please note that by making a booking at Hill Farm CL and Caravan Site you are legally agreeing to adhere to these Terms & Conditions and are responsible for ensuring that all members of your party abide by them. To avoid disappointment, please check that the site terms and conditions meet your requirements before booking. Particularly, arrival and departure times, quiet policies, change of pitch policy, visitor and multiple booking policies.

We strongly advise that you take out insurance to ensure that, should you need to change or cancel your holiday during your stay, so that you can recover the associated costs from your insurance provider.

Your agreement is with Hill Farm CL and its owners and references to 'we', 'us' and 'our' in these terms and conditions are to Hill Farm CL and its owners .
|
References to 'you' in these terms and conditions are to you, as the person making this booking and, where applicable, to every member of your party.
|
- To use the 5 van CL, you must be a current member of the Caravan & Motorhome Club to book a pitch with us.
|
- We may ask to see your Club Membership Card on arrival.
|
- Pitch fees are as advertised at the time of booking or on our online booking system.
|
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO OPERATE A QUIET BETWEEN 9PM AND 9AM POLICY

Despite less Covid 19 at the moment, please still obey social distancing instructions.
|
To preserve the tranquility of the site we actively operate a strict, quiet between 9pm and 9am policy; during this time other campers should not be able to hear you. Anyone not adhering to this policy or anyone making excessive noise at any time (including noisy dogs/children/music) will be asked to immediately leave the site. No refunds will be given. Music should not be heard at any time.

For their own safety and to avoid nuisance to others, children under 12 years must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times during your stay, this includes toilets and showers.
|
Please do not allow children to play around the entrance, toilets, showers abd roadways. To avoid disturbance to other campers or possible damage to caravans, ball games are NOT permitted around the pitches at any time.
|
Badmintion and swingball may be played on your pitch be-tween 10am-7pm only but please be considerate of your neighbours. Kites or drones should not be flown over the campsite.
|
A non-refundable deposit of £20 will be required payable by cheque or bank transfer (details for which will be supplied in your booking confirmation email). Please see our cancellation policy below.

- Your booking is not secure until your £20 deposit has been paid.
|
|
- Your pitch fee includes electricity (usually 16 Amps, but sometimes 10 amps).
|
|
- The balance of your pitch fee (if not already paid in full) is payable on your arrival day by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
|
|
- Groups: If you are booking with friends, you must inform us when you book so that we can try and site you on adjacent pitches if available. We reserve the right to ask for full payment in advance.
|
|
- Arrival is 12 noon onwards and we ask that you vacate your pitch before 11:30am on your day of We will do our best, where possible, to accommodate earlier arrivals or later departures.
|
|
- We welcome dogs and there is a walk around the woodland to the north and to the village heading south, down a farm track. Please ensure you pick-up any mess after your dog and keep it under close control at all times, via the use of a lead.
DOGS/CHILDREN/BALL GAMES
Quiet, well behaved, dogs are welcome on site but must be kept on a lead in all areas of the campsite. Dogs must be kept under control at all times. Please keep to the paths when walking the dog trails.
Please clean up any fouling immediately; numerous dog bins are provided around the site.
All dog owners please note that persistent/annoying barking or fouling will not be tolerated. Anyone allowing their dog to bark persistently or failing to clean up behind their dog will be asked to leave the site on that day without a refund. Dogs should not be left unattended or in the care of young children.
Please respect your fellow campers’ peace and privacy and ensure that they are not inconvenienced by your noise, children or dogs, or by taking short cuts across their pitch.

- Please note that awnings on pitches 1 and 4, must be pitched on the grass and not on the hard standing which has a tarred surface and so cannot handle pegs.
|

- We do not allow the use of Drones or other radio-controlled devices.
|
|
- You are requested to supervise your children at all times and keep them within the CL or the commercial site if possible, as to which one you are parked in.
|

- We reserve the right to refuse acceptance or to terminate the visit of any person whose conduct we consider is detrimental to us, or to our other
|

- PITCH ALLOCATION:
We will try to reserve your allocated pitch, but we can't always guarantee this . We will endeavour to accommodate requests for specific a pitch at the time of booking, but due to unforeseeable circumstances (e.g. different sized caravan and motorhome units and awning requests on arrival) we cannot always guarantee that you will be on a certain pitch. If this is a problem, then please do not make the booking.
